Terms and Conditions

  • Franchise agreement requires valid ADI qualification and registration with DVSA
  • Instructor responsible for maintaining vehicle safety, insurance, and legal compliance
  • Weekly franchise fees must be paid on agreed schedule without delay
  • Leads provided are non-exclusive and subject to local demand availability
  • Instructors must maintain professional conduct and represent brand positively at all times
  • Lesson pricing must align with agreed franchise guidelines and standards
  • Marketing support provided does not guarantee fixed number of student bookings
  • Cancellation policies must be followed as per company and DVSA guidelines
  • Franchise agreement may be reviewed or updated with prior notice
  • Instructors responsible for managing their own schedules and lesson availability
  • Brand assets and materials must not be used outside agreed purposes
  • Termination of agreement may occur if standards or terms are not met
